

SPCA Westchester introduced now that their Humane Legislation Enforcement Device (HLE), below the path of Ernest Lungaro and Elmsford Detective Paul Rescigno and Detective Robert Caralyus, in a joint investigation and with the help of the Westchester District Attorney’s Business, arrested Veterinarian Javier Diaz, DMV, 46, the owner of Major Street Animal Healthcare facility. Dr. Diaz was charged with Forgery 2nd degree, 6 counts of animal cruelty and assault 3rd degree.
The investigation of Key Avenue Animal Healthcare facility found at 33 E. Major Avenue, Elmsford, NY revealed that between April 09, 2022 and April 27, 2022 Diaz gave a certification of a rabies vaccination and billed a pet proprietor with out in fact administering the NYS expected vaccination. He also bodily abused animals that ended up introduced into the Primary Street Animal Clinic on 6 instances. The veterinary assistant suffered a bloody nose and suffered unjustifiable actual physical soreness to her head and neck. A chihuahua canine was in a puppy crate crying when Diaz punched the doggy to make it prevent crying. A Shih Tzu dog was choked resulting in the dog to almost get rid of consciousness which caused the pet dog to put up with unjustifiable discomfort and struggling.
Diaz will be arraigned in Elmsford Village Courtroom,15 S Stone Ave, Elmsford, NY today at 2 pm.
